For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used makeup products are non-returnable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 24–48 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
