Shipping Policy.

We aim to deliver every Vikar Beauty order safely and on time throughout India.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. After dispatch, metro deliveries typically take 3–5 business days, while non-metro and remote locations may take 5–7 business days.

• Sales, promotions and high-volume periods may cause delays.
• Items in one order may be shipped separately.
• Dates shown at checkout or in emails are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
• A tracking link is sent by WhatsApp and to the registered email address after dispatch.

Delivery attempts

Courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, the parcel may be returned to the warehouse. Reshipping a returned order may incur a charge of ₹100.

If tracking says “Delivered” but the parcel has not arrived, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery notification.

Cancellations and changes

Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation, including changes to the delivery address, contact details or delivery preferences.

Important notes

Vikar Beauty currently ships only within India. We are not responsible for delays caused by natural events, strikes, government restrictions or courier circumstances outside our control.
