Every Vikar product is created with care. If something has gone wrong, we want to hear from you.

Returns

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. To be considered, products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Sale and promotional products are non-returnable. Complimentary items must be returned with the qualifying product. Individual products from a combo, kit or set cannot be returned separately.

Exchanges

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours. We may request clear photographs or video to verify the issue. Exchange requests are reviewed individually.

Refunds

Return and refund eligibility is assessed case by case. The initial partial payment collected for a cash-on-delivery order is non-refundable when delivery is refused or the order remains uncollected.
